The G.O.A.L.S. Training Series is an exercise program specifically targeting ACL injury prevention. The drills and developmental progressions included in the DVD were designed with the female soccer player in mind, helping to improve faulty movement patters, therefore helping to reduce the risk of non-contact ACL injuries. After implementing the G.O.A.L.S. Training Series program for 5 years with over 200 female soccer players between 11-19 years or age there were only 2 non-contact ACL injuries!
