Dr. Jason Vescovi and Todd Brown created The G.O.A.L.S. Training Series (GTS) nearly 10 years ago because of the increased rate of non-contact ACL injuries found in female athletes compared to male athletes.  With over 20 years of combined experience working with female soccer players Jason and Todd are sure this program will improve the way your athletes perform basic locomotor tasks and help reduce the risk of players suffering a non-contact ACL injury. 

The G.O.A.L.S. Training Series is an exercise program specifically targeting ACL injury prevention.  The drills and developmental progressions included in the DVD were designed with the female soccer player in mind, helping to improve faulty movement patters, therefore helping to reduce the risk of non-contact ACL injuries

After implementing the G.O.A.L.S. Training Series program for 5 years with over 200 female soccer players between 11-19 years or age there were only 2 non-contact ACL injuries!  If you work with female soccer players of any age then the G.O.A.L.S. Training Series is for you!
